
Dr. Mark Mann
Dr. Mann is a committed Physician and Western Oklahoma native with an impressive background. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed his residency at the Great Plains Family Medicine Residency. Since 2000, he has contributed to the community in various roles including hospitalist, ER physician, and Chief of Staff, while actively participating in the Medical Executive Committee. His dedication to rural medicine and health system enhancement shines through his volunteer efforts at the Clinton Free Clinic and his practice in both urban and rural areas across Oklahoma. Outside of his medical career, Dr. Mann shares a passion for 19th-century American history. He lives in Clinton, OK with his wife, Amy, as they raise their family in the community they cherish.

Jessica Simmons, APRN, FNP-BC
As a family nurse practitioner born and raised in Elk City, Jessica is dedicated to the Western Oklahoma community. She believes in building honest relationships with patients, and in guiding their care through shared decision-making. With a master's degree from Spring Arbor University and a commitment to understanding each patient's unique background, she takes pride in providing individualized, patient-centered care. She is also the owner of Aesthetic Artistry where she has practiced medical aesthetics for the past 13 years. Outside of work, she cherishes her time with family and friends and enjoy working around her horse farm.
